Both organisations have a similar focus of looking to protect and maintaining the beaches and dunes of the St Ives Bay from the Hayle Estuary to Godrevy. S.O.S. will maintain its monthly beach cleans from Spring to early Autumn and data will still be collated on behalf of the Marine Conservation Society. The S.O.S. website will, for the time being, remain open for historical reference. A link has been set up on the F.O.T.T. website.
